Processing Time

Once products are in stock, orders will be processed within 2 to 5 business days.

Processing time refers to the time required to prepare and dispatch your order. It does not include transit time.

Shipping Regions

We currently ship to Germany and selected EU countries. Available shipping destinations are displayed at checkout.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on destination and order size.

For orders shipped outside Germany or the European Union, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on the destination country. Any such charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary by destination.

Estimated transit times within Germany: 2 to 4 business days.
Estimated transit times within the EU: 3 to 8 business days.
Estimated transit times outside the EU: 10-35 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.

Delays

While we aim to meet all estimated dispatch and delivery timelines, delays may occur due to production, carrier issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

Frey Skin is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.
