Pre-Orders

All current orders placed on freyskin.com are pre-orders.

Products will ship once production is complete. Our estimated dispatch window is April 2026 for the After Sun Face Creme and summer 2026 for the After Sun Body. The expected shipping timeframe will be stated clearly on each product page at the time of purchase.

By placing a pre order, you acknowledge and agree to this delayed fulfillment timeline.

If there are significant changes to the expected shipping window, customers will be notified by email.

Processing Time

Once products are in stock, orders will be processed within 2 to 5 business days.

Processing time refers to the time required to prepare and dispatch your order. It does not include transit time.

Shipping Regions

We currently ship to Germany and selected EU countries. Available shipping destinations are displayed at checkout.

For international shipping inquiries outside the EU, please contact hello@freyskin.com.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on destination and order size.

For orders shipped outside Germany or the European Union, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on the destination country. Any such charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delivery times vary by destination.

Estimated transit times within Germany: 2 to 4 business days.
Estimated transit times within the EU: 3 to 8 business days.

Do I need after sun care if I wear sunscreen?

Sunscreen helps protect skin while you are in the sun. After sun care focuses on what happens afterwards.

Even with SPF, skin can feel warm, dry, or out of balance after time outdoors. After sun care is designed to support hydration, antioxidant care, and barrier function during the hours following sun exposure.

What should you apply after sun exposure?

After time in the sun, skin often benefits from gentle care.

Start by cleansing to remove sunscreen, sweat, and salt. Then apply an after sun treatment designed to support hydration and comfort. In drier climates, some people choose to layer a simple moisturiser on top.

Modern after sun care can also support hydration, antioxidant care, and barrier function. These are important for skin that has spent time in the sun and may feel dry, tight, or unsettled.

What makes Frey Skin different from traditional after sun products?

Many traditional after sun products focus mainly on cooling the skin.

Frey Skin was developed to support skin in the hours after sun exposure, combining hydration, antioxidant care, and barrier supporting ingredients in lightweight formulas designed to absorb easily.

What is hydroxytyrosol and why is it used in Frey Skin?

Hydroxytyrosol is a naturally occurring antioxidant found in olives.

Frey Skin uses Phenoliva Active 10, an upcycled olive extract rich in hydroxytyrosol. In skincare, antioxidants help support skin under oxidative stress, which can increase after sun exposure.

How should I use Frey Skin after sun exposure?
