Our Story

The Origin
I’ve always loved being outside, in the sun, in the water, on the trails. Years later in Los Angeles, after a day at the beach, I realised that even when skin wasn’t visibly burned, it still needed more. The aloe I reached for dried too quickly, leaving my skin tight and unsatisfied. I searched for something hydrating, restorative, and elegant, but nothing felt right.

The Research
Curious, I began digging into the science of what really happens to skin after UV exposure. I learned that the effects don’t end when the sun sets. Oxidative stress, dehydration, and collagen breakdown continue for hours. Skin needs antioxidants, barrier support, and advanced hydration to truly recover.

The Creation
That insight became the foundation of Frey Skin. What started as an idea, that aftersun care could be more than just soothing, grew into a collection designed to actively repair, replenish, and protect sun-stressed skin. Elegant, science-driven, and created with integrity.

The Vision
Frey Skin exists to redefine aftersun care. To make the hours after sun exposure as essential to skincare as prevention. A ritual not just of soothing, but of renewal, keeping skin strong, supple, and resilient for years to come.
